Roee Kibrik is the Director of Research at Mitvim - The Israeli Institute for Regional Foreign Policies and a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College. Roee completed his PhD in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, served as a research fellow at the Davis Institute for International Relations in Jerusalem, Neubauer fellow at the institute for national security studies in Tel-Aviv (INSS), and as a visiting researcher at King's College London. His research focuses on International Relations theory, conflict resolution, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and the socio-cognitive processes that shape the behavior of political actors. Roee also serves as the CEO of the Democratic School in the Valley and is a member of the management of Kibbutz Mizra.
