Munqith Dagher
Dr Munqith Dagher is the CEO and Founder of Almustakilla group for research (IIACSS). He is also Director of West Asia and North Africa in the World Association of Public Opinion Research (WAPOR) and a Board Member at Gallup International. Dr Dagher conducted Iraq’s first-ever public opinion poll and has since overseen more than two million interviews across a wide range of agencies and subject areas. He founded IIACSS in 2003 while serving as Professor of Public Administration and Strategic Management at the University of Baghdad.
