Anthony K. Dagher is an Honours Bachelor of Arts student in Sociology, with a minor in Economics, at Queen’s University. His research focuses on security studies, institutional governance, legal frameworks, and social inequality. He currently serves as a Research Assistant at the Centre for International and Defence Policy, where he contributes to research on extremism, social identity, and security dynamics. His prior research includes work on institutional classification systems in policing and inclusive human resource policy across the Middle East and North Africa. Anthony has published on topics including racial inequity and accountability in international legal institutions. Alongside his research, he is actively engaged in student governance, including as Co-President of the Sociology Department Student Council and of the UNICEF Queen’s Chapter. His broader interests include law, public policy, and questions of justice in complex institutional contexts.
