Kalam (Arabic for ‘word’, ‘speech’) is the microsite of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Programme at Chatham House. Kalam aims to offer a platform for MENA experts and organizations from diverse backgrounds to help make their voices heard in policy circles in the West, and aims to be the first port of call for policymakers seeking timely insights and analysis on developments across the MENA region.
